There are many scenarios whereby you would advised to make a Complex Will
Complex Wills are designed to protect your beneficiaries and your estate from particular scenarios. They can also be used to make the most of your inheritance tax allowances, especially if you own a business, property or have international assets.
Many do not realise they need a Complex Will, but if you have children, are in a committed relationship but not married or in a civil partnership, or perhaps you are separated or have remarried; these are all scenarios whereby it is likely that you will benefit from a Complex Will.
Our specialist team are experienced in drafting Complex Wills for clients in line with their personal circumstances. If you would like to speak to a member of the team, please contact 03333 058375 or email WealthProtection@psg-law.co.uk
