Price Slater Gawne welcomes new Wealth Protection Partner at Altrincham office

Price Slater Gawne, a leading Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked law firm, are delighted to announce the expansion of its Wealth Protection department by welcoming estate planning and administration specialist, Colin Watret, as the team’s newest Partner.

The appointment marks a significant step in the development of the Wealth Protection department’s Altrincham presence, complementing the predominantly Chester-based team, which continues to service high net worth clients throughout England and Wales.

A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Colin possesses more than 20 years’ experience in the wealth planning field, with expertise encompassing the entire breadth of private client law.

His extensive career has seen him work closely with clients to navigate their individual estate planning challenges; mitigating inheritance tax, managing business succession and protecting vulnerable beneficiaries in complex family dynamics. He is also highly experienced in estate administration and the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
