Rosaline Wong

Rosaline is a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, where she specialises in case planning – a role that sees her conduct thorough preliminary analysis of a case’s merits and identifying key steps for progression.

Possessing more than 25 years’ experience across a wide range of medical negligence matters, Rosaline’s primary specialism is the field of brain and spinal injury claims, while she is also highly experienced in dealing with obstetric, surgical and fatal accident claims.

Rosaline has built a well-earned reputation for her determined dedication to assisting those impacted by negligent treatment, as well as her commitment to delivering the best possible care for her clients. She has represented families of medical victims at Inquest throughout her career and has accrued a significant track record of securing multi-million settlements for complex claims.

Prior to joining Price Slater Gawne, Rosaline held the position of Senior Claimant Solicitor at a prominent national law firm, where she specialised in representing clients dealing with catastrophic, life-changing injuries. She began her career as a registered midwife, becoming Directorate Manager of Women and Children’s Health at the University College London Hospital before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2003.

Outside of work, Rosaline has acted as a mentor for law students and has been involved in fundraising initiatives for several patient support charities – including Headway, Meningitis Now and Fight For Sight – in addition to being a Trustee of The Road Victims Trust until 2026.
