Rebecca Byrne

Rebecca is a Paralegal in our Court of Protection team, specialising in assisting vulnerable individuals and their families as they navigate the logistical and emotional complexities of the Court of Protection process.

Her responsibilities see her support clients in our role as a professional financial deputy, as well as liaising with third parties to ensure all client care requirements are met with the utmost care, empathy and professionalism. She also provides key support to the wider Court of Protection team, enabling them to deliver the highest standards of service to clients.

Before joining Price Slater Gawne, Rebecca previously gained experience as a Legal Secretary, and later Paralegal, within the Health and Welfare field at another prominent law firm in the North West.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Law from Liverpool John Moores University and an undergraduate qualification in Law and Criminology from the University of Chester.
