Olivia Larkman

Olivia is a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, specialising in complex clinical negligence claims. She manages cases from initial investigation through to litigation and settlement, supporting individuals and families who have experienced life-changing injury and loss.

Olivia joined Price Slater Gawne in 2023 and subsequently completed her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in February 2026.

In addition to her casework, Olivia enjoys representing Price Slater Gawne at external events and engaging with aspiring lawyers. She was recently invited to speak on a panel at The University of Law for an International Women’s Day event, sharing her experience of legal practice and discussing wellbeing within the profession.

Prior to qualifying, Olivia undertook pro bono human rights work assisting Tanzanian mineworkers and their dependants in relation to serious human rights violations. Her work was referenced at a Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights chaired by Harriet Harman. The experience helped shape Olivia’s commitment to representing and supporting people through particularly difficult and sensitive circumstances.
