Solicitor, Court of Protection

Hannah Branston

As a Solicitor in our Court of Protection team, Hannah specialises in assisting clients to manage property and other assets following a loss in mental capacity.

Her role sees her work closely with clients and their families to ensure their affairs are managed in their best interests and in a manner that properly addresses their long-term needs and unique care requirements.

Before joining Price Slater Gawne, Hannah gained experience in Housing Law as a Solicitor at nationwide homelessness charity Shelter – and prior to this, as a Paralegal in the fields of Mental Health Law and Criminal Law at a well-known North West firm.

Hannah completed her studies at the University of Manchester, holding LPC, Master of Law (Immigration and Human Rights) and Undergraduate Law qualifications.

She has been actively involved in a number of charitable causes, ranging from climate change to criminal justice campaigns, and is currently a fellow of the Legal Education Foundation’s Justice First Fellowship.
