Sarah joined the Price Slater Gawne team in January 2021 as a Clinical Negligence solicitor.

For her studies, Sarah attended Newcastle University, where she graduated with a History degree in 2010, before moving to the University of Law in 2010 to complete her GDL, followed by her LPC in 2011.

Following her studies, Sarah joined a leading North East law firm as a Trainee Solicitor. During her training contract, Sarah developed her passion for clinical negligence and decided to pursue this area of law upon qualification in 2015, in order to assist clients who have sustained significant and life changing injuries.

In addition to her clinical negligence experience, Sarah has represented a number of clients at inquests, and was involved in the investigations surrounding the neonatal deaths at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Alongside her role at Price Slater Gawne, Sarah is a law tutor at the University of Essex for their online law degree. Sarah delivers various modules on the course and provides dissertation supervision to students worldwide.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing the piano and oboe. She is currently learning Italian and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
