Laura joined the Price Slater Gawne team in November 2019 as Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate. She is a trusted legal and tax advisor, working closely with individuals and families across generations to provide solutions to their wealth planning objectives.

After being admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2007, she gained a wealth of experience in advising high net worth individuals on all areas of estate and succession planning, whilst working at leading city centre law firms.

Laura has specialist expertise in inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, asset protection, complex wills, the creation and administration of trusts, the administration of estates and post-death deeds of variation. She acts extensively for families who are concerned about long-term care fees and advises on the issue of care fees mitigation.

Laura is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a professional body focused on assisting people with their future planning requirements. She also lectures frequently to groups of professionals on a wide range of private wealth matters.

Outside of work, Laura loves to travel. She spends her holidays visiting new countries and experiencing different cultures with her family.
