What others say

“Carole Watts has been wonderful at dealing with my case. She dealt with everything in a timely, professional and sensitive manner. During the time we spent together working on the case I felt Carol really cared and understood my needs and expectations. It was a particularly stressful time and uncharted territory for me, but Carole put me at ease and really explained the process in layman’s terms. It was a much more personal and positive experience than I had expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. The service was exceptional for which I’m very grateful”. Mrs L

“When I lost my daughter, I asked for answers from the NHS and the reply I got from my consultant was “don’t make a fuss she would have died anyway”. From the start Carole was helpful and had empathy for me, she was not interested in how much money I could get and more about my getting answers. Carole knew her stuff and was always patient when she had to explain legal terms to me.  I never felt rushed, and each step was explained.  It was not an easy decision to sue the NHS, but Carole never judged and has got me the answers which have helped me.  Thank you, Carole.” Miss S
