Team Feature 5/10: Nicholas Clough

Nick CloughNicholas Clough joined the team in 2018.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1991 beginning his career in Manchester. Four years later he moved to Tameside to head up the family department in a leading firm, before moving to his new position at Price | Slater | Gawne in search of a new challenge.

In 2011, Nick qualified as a Family Mediator with Resolution. He is also a qualified specialist in Collaborative Law. As an expert in his field, Nick is a long-standing member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme.

Outside of work, Nick is a keen sports fan and an avid follower of Liverpool Football Club.

What does your role entail? I cover a variety of areas of Family Law including matrimonial financial cases, cohabitation disputes, private law children disputes & removal of children from the jurisdiction.
What do you like about working at PSG? I love how modern and progressive the firm is, with the ability to work virtually from just about anywhere in the world.
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be? Invisibility, obviously 🙂
What’s one of your favourite memories from the past year? Celebrating my sons 21st birthday party and Liverpool winning the Champions League final on the same night
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? I used to play rugby league professionally
What’s your biggest pet peeve? ‘Snowflakes!’
