Team Feature 7/10: Jade Price

Jade Price - Trainee SolicitorJade Price graduated from UOM with an honours degree in Criminology in 2015.

She joined Price Slater Gawne in the same year working as a Paralegal, whilst studying the Graduate Diploma in Law, Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law and Business at the University of Law.

After completing her studies, she began her role as a Trainee Solicitor working in both our Family and Personal Injury departments.

She now works alongside Tom Young in our Court of Protection department.

How long have you been with Price Slater Gawne? Since June 2015
What does your role entail? I currently work as a Trainee Solicitor in the Court of Protection department. This involves making Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection, visiting clients and their family members, and dealing with the day-to-day management of our client’s financial affairs. In June 2015 I joined the firm as a Paralegal and have progressed within the firm whilst completing my legal qualifications
What do you like about working at PSG? All of my colleagues at Price Slater Gawne are great. It is such an advantage to working with such a lovely group of people, who are excellent at what they do
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be? Teleportation, so there would be no more sitting in traffic!
If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose and why? My one-year-old daughter, I would love to see the world from a one-year-old’s perspective!
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? I used to practice Karate
