Growth funding secured with RBS

In June we secured a funding deal with Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to support our continued growth.  We have established an excellent reputation for our expertise in medical negligence. Following our move to our new offices in Altrincham in November 2014, we are now looking to expand our well established consultancy division, which already has four experienced senior solicitors, to strengthen our position in the medical negligence market place.

Established in 2010 by Victoria Price and Mark Slater, we have grown from the 2 founding partners to employing a core team of 23, including senior and assistant solicitors, trainees and paralegals, administrative accounts and costs staff and a practice manager.  We are celebrating our 5 year anniversary this year.  The funding from RBS will support our enthusiastic growth ambitions and will also help support our marketing strategy and further business development.

Victoria Price said “We are very pleased with the funding deal that we have secured with RBS.  We have one of the largest teams of medical negligence specialists in the North West.  As the firm enters its sixth year, growth is our key objective.  The RBS package will support us with this.  We are looking forward to launching some new marketing projects over the coming months, including the launch of a new – state of the art – website.

In addition to developing the core firm we are also keen to expand our consultancy division. We are keen to hear from senior medical negligence solicitors from across the UK who are interested in working remotely, from their own base. Anyone who is interested should contact us confidentially for an initial conversation.  We would hope to have at least 5 more consultants join us this year.”

Steve Taylor, Senior Relationship Manger at The Royal Bank of Scotland said “ We are pleased  that we have been able to support Price Slater Gawne with growth funding.  The team has built up a very impressive business over the last five years, operating in a niche market where they have established themselves well.  I am delighted that we are able to support their growth strategy.”
