Price Slater Gawne solicitors are delighted to announce the growth of their in-house Costs and Wills, Trusts and Probate departments, with the appointment of Anna Sinclair and Marie Fletcher, following recent expansion in other areas of the firm.

Anna Sinclair has joined the Costs team as a Costs Lawyer; a role which sees her involved in the preparation of Bills of Costs, costs pleadings and negotiations. Anna will be involved in costs management for medical negligence cases of varying complexity and value.

Marie Fletcher has joined the Wills, Trusts and Probate department as a Legal Assistant, working alongside Laura Bywater. Within this role, Marie will work with new and existing clients to assist them in making plans for the future, aligned to their personal circumstances. Marie is experienced in all aspects of Wills and Probate, with a particular emphasis on estate administration.

“I am delighted to be joining the team. The department is looking to expand over coming months and I am pleased to be playing a part in that. The best part of the role is the interaction with clients; helping them to achieve their goals, guiding them through the will making process and through the probate process too. Sometimes people can have difficult issues to contend with, sometimes their instructions are straight forward – no two situations are the same. Its an interesting and rewarding role and I really enjoy it.”
