Becky Jacobs has joined Price Slater Gawne this week, strengthening the firm’s expertise in medical negligence claims further.

Becky, who qualified in 1991, has previously worked for other well established firms: Alexander Harris, Altrincham and Jobling Gowler in Macclesfield. She has represented many clients during her successful career.

Becky’s recent cases have included

  • delay in diagnosing and treating cauda equina syndrome
  • negligent diagnosis of cancer, delayed diagnosis and treatment of ruptured Achilles tendons
  • retained placenta/ parts of placenta
  • failure to treat an eye infection leading to reduced vision in one eye
  • scarring from unnecessary procedures
  • cerebral palsy cases
  • brachial plexus injuries
  • several fatal claims
