Deputy Admin Manager

We’re looking for someone to help us manage our data and to develop towards a wider role supporting the management of the firm.

As a growing firm of solicitors, leading the way in paperless working, we are still required to hold highly sensitive client records on paper in addition to those stored on digital media.

You will be managing and recording information in relation to all the paper and digital records we hold on behalf of our clients and developing and refining systems to manage our records, along with all the inbound and outbound documentation required to ensure we provide the best service to our clients. You will develop an understanding of how our business operates as a whole and as a result you will be able to support the general management of the firm. We envisage that this role will evolve, leading onto managing a small team and a wider management administration role.

You need to have a passion for attention to detail, maintaining detailed and accurate records of the data we hold, and ensuring that we retain and maintain our high standards of data protection. Your excellent communication skills, written and oral, will enable you to liaise with our solicitors, consultants and staff and external providers and users of our data to ensure that they also abide by our data protection policies. You will have fantastic organisational skills and the confidence to develop your role into other management areas.

Based in our offices in Altrincham, Cheshire, we offer a competitive salary, pension scheme and 25 days holiday.
